Introduction to Art, P7. was so much fun to teach and I loved being able to see each of them grow throughout the year. After experimenting with a variety of mediums first semester, we began  focusing more on painting, ceramics, and drawing for the second semester. Unfortunately, due to school closures they weren't able to glaze their ceramic mugs and we were interrupted right in the middle of our watercolor unit/project that we therefore weren't able to finish. Despite the unexpected twists and turns, these students stepped up and blew me away with their portraits they  worked on during digital learning weeks as well as a few smaller projects we had to get creative with.
